Located in the Greengate shopping center in Short Pump, West Coast Provisions offers an inventive approachable American Fusion menu specializing in shellfish, fresh fish, sushi and steak. It has a big city feel with a sleek décor, tall ceilings, large windows, exposed brick, a fireplace, a private dining room and one of Richmond’s largest outdoor patios. We have convenient parking and accept reservations for parties of all sizes. We are currently serving in the dining room and on our patio.

Overall, it was good experience but server forgot our appetizer but made up for it by comping our dessert. We also felt that the prices were too high.

Not ordinary in any respect. Enjoyed the meals and shared dessert was enough for 4 people. But the three of us had no problem finishing off the house donut. Yummy

Ambience was great, service was great and I had a tasty cocktail that had habanero “moon shine”. The rockfish I ordered was a little bit all over the place and I was regretting my choice. Although recommended by the server, it was not my favorite. The star of the evening was the pork belly bao bun tacos on the appetizer menu. My daughter had the Short rib Ragu, which was also very good. Tuna tar tar tacos were just ok, lacked some flavor. I mostly just tasted the fried won ton and then got the texture of the tuna. If tuna was marinated and there was more sauce and greens (maybe more green onion?) I think we would have had a winner.

Service was pretty Slye but we were not in too much of a hurry. Food was solid but not superb!

This was the first time for me at this restaurants. The server was excellent. The food was amazing. We had so much fun with conversation we didn’t realize that we closed the building down!!! But it didn’t feel like we were being rushed out. Top notch restaurant.
