We were there for a concert so the noise level more refers to that. The food was absolutely delicious! The wait staff was super nice even with them being so overwhelmed with all the people. This was my second time there and I would totally go back.

We were welcomed when we first walked in. The host was very stern when she told us that there was 2 hour limit. Which we would understand if the place was busy but there were only two other tables in the whole place. Our server was cool though. The drinks were nothing exciting. The food was horrible. I got the chicken and waffles and the chicken had absolutely no flavor. They didn’t even attempt to season it.

We dined at West Coast Tavern prior to an event at The North Park Observatory. I hadn't been there in years and my friends had never been there. It was happy hour when we arrived before the rush. Our server was great and helpful and efficient. We had a great meal before going into the event space for Jimbo's Circus show.

We dined here before a show, first time. Our waitress (I didn't catch her name but it says Chyna on the receipt) was awesome. It was happy hour and she knew all the many specials by heart. The food was delicious. We shared chicken nachos, gastrique fries, and wings. The spicy watermelon margarita was very good. The lighting was sort of dark, which I really liked.

We went here to have a light dinner before a show. The service was great but a couple of the items we ordered were disappointing. The hummus in the hummus plate was the consistency of apple sauce rather than smooth and creamy. It tasted good but it just wasn't hummus to us. We also ordered the malt gastrique fries. They tasted fairly good but they smelled disgusting! It was so bad that the table next to us kept looking over with a "where's that stench coming from" kind of face. We tried to eat them but after a while gave up and pushed the plate as far away as possible.

The food was ok, not what was advertised. My husband did not receive the bacon he added to his sandwich or the tater tots he ordered when his food was delivered. The mac&cheese was disappointing, as was my salad. We had to ask our server for things more than once. The plus- it was nice walking straight into the venue. Will go again for our next show but won’t be ordering any food.

Great place to grab a beer and bite to eat before a show. Make sure you make a reservation to ensure you have a table. Highly recommend :-)
