We arrived early but were made welcome and offered drinks seated near the bar. We enjoyed a cocktail and were called to our table exactly on time. All staff were warm and welcoming and the food was lovely

I booked Afternoon tea for my Wife and myself, when we arrived we was greeted warmly by the staff and taken to our table. Jess our server was wonderful and gave us plenty of time to sort our orders and drinks. The Food came quickly, looked and smelled delicious we were given plenty of time to eat and enjoy our meal, all the other severs were amazing too, definitely becoming one of our favourite places to eat 😊

West Ivy was recommended by a family member. Didn’t disappoint - quick, cheerful and professional service, excellent food and good value. Can’t fault it, thanks for a fab evening

Went for afternoon tea, the food was gorgeous, so much of it, ended up taking some home for tea! Such good value for money. We were very well looked after by a lady with a blonde table who was very welcoming and was very attentive. Will definitely go back again

Service was great, food was lovely and hot. We didn't wait to long for our food. Restaurant was lovely and cosy. Staff were excellent especially Holly our waitress. The only thing that annoyed me was people vaping in the Restaurant.

Good food and the staff are friendly and attentive. Last few times I’ve been food out quickly too. Overall good value

Simple…. WOW!!!!! 18th birthday celebration and a small crowd of us and no one could complain. It was amazing

My husband and I have visited West Ivy on numerous occasions in the past. Unfortunately on this visit the food was just not up to the usual standard. We ordered 2 small plates along with salt and pepper fries and onion rings. The 2 small plates were lukewarm. As though they had been plated up too early. The fries and onion rings were fresh and piping hot.
