   I normally don’t write bad reviews at all but unfortunately the quality of food and drinks were absolutely shocking, I went to this restaurant after 2 years and I could clearly see a massive change. The French martinis were so sweet and warm that my friend left it untouched, the hummus had so many extra spices and the chicken Skewers was so spicy that it literally burned our mouths we used to order this food before and it wasn’t like that at all and even kids food’s quality was not great and the baby even didn’t touch it. Overall I gave 5 start for the service as the waitress was a nice lady and we received our food and everything else on time however I can’t give anything more than 1 start for food and drink.

   Had the hanging kebab lamb kofta. It was nice but I felt like it was processed meat and not fresh. Wasn’t very tasty. Came with lots of rice and flat bread which made up the meal. Had the hummus to start and that was really lovely. Just didn’t get a lot of flat breads to eat it all with.

   The steak was a bit tough and fatty hence the 4 stars for food. The desserts were lovely.

   We had a very enjoyable evening here last night celebrating my birthday. The place was buzzing and had a really nice atmosphere. The service was excellent and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had pre-ordered our food, as we were a table of 10 and it arrived promptly. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty! We will definitely be visiting again!!

   Fantastic service, helpful friendly staff. Food is just amazing would highly recommend as a fantastic place to eat & drink.

   Food was slow to come out. Chicken was really dry and chips were slightly undercooked. I didn’t have time to complain as I had somewhere to be after the meal. Waiters were really friendly and helpful however we left slightly underwhelmed.

   We love west ivy.The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious, the staff are lovely and the price is reasonable.We had our daughters 21st there last night and we had a great night.The staff went above and beyond, singing with us and being very attentive.

   Our waitress wasn’t the best compared to others there in terms of customer service with a smile. We had dirty cutlery, also lamb kabab was tasteless. Chicken kabab was lovely, venue was lovely and front house/bar staff were very friendly. Would come again
