Not the authentic ramen you’re looking for. The broth was salty. My order doesn’t come with nori and mushroom. Not even finish it. When I get my order, I knew from the looks of it that I will not gonna enjoy eating it..

Service, quality of food was great! Love to see their transition from Chresoulas to West Side Ramen! Spoke to the owner behind the bar and as always he was very welcoming and humble.

So, this comparison for Ramen is compared to the source: Japan. This place is amazing! The ramen wasn't greasy like some places. It was flavorful (chicken katsu, chicken miso, 2-pork belly ramen). The Rangoons were hot and very delicious! The proportions were perfect, protein moist (I know, 'it's in a soup'). The staff was friendly, entertaining, and on point. Fiancée just said surprise me, I like a very dirty martini, and maybe something a little sweet. Our waiter nailed it! Gave her a Kamakaze, and she loved it! It was perfect for her liking. The noise level was expected for how many people showed up. However, it wasn't overwhelming. The music was JUST loud enough to gear, but not to have to raise your voice to converse. It is more on the expensive side, but it is worth every penny!

Started with lemon and salt/chili edamame, both are great. Lemon and salt the favorite. Sticky Korean short ribs were delicious (special), pork belly bao buns and spicy chicken dumplings - all wonderful! Sumo burger with regular fries, chicken katsu ramen, and sumo ramen…honestly you can’t go wrong. Will be back again.

We had a family get together, with 13 people, here which was fantastic. The service (Doug) did a great job with the entire group. The food was very good as well, with plentiful portions and great taste from the sharables to the entrees. Everyone had nothing but good to say about their meals. We will definitely return!!
