Book a tour of our distillery. Savour the distinct aromatics of Tasmanian grown botanicals. Discover how we make a variety of gins, whisky, vodka and our very popular poitin (Irish moonshine). Just as our spirits have been inspired by and sourced from the majestic landscape of the great Western Tiers, produce on our menu is also sourced locally. Our menu, just like our spirits, is created with love and passion for you to enjoy.

Whether you’re visiting us for lunch (11:30am to 2:30pm), choosing to have a leisurely afternoon sipping cocktails, touring the distillery or tasting our range of premium Tasmanian spirits, you’ll be able to relax in comfort as you enjoy your Western Tiers Distillery experience with friends.

Yummy food, good wine. Four of us all shared a selection including the tasting plate for two then shared two desserts. Enjoyable experience.

The staff were amazing. Food great. Thank you. One thing we thought we should have had tooth pics with our shared platter.

A great place for a delicious meal, good range of drinks and the service was very professional. We will come back again with friends.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome and had great service throughout our lunch. The food is well presented and delicious! The Bramble cocktail didn't disappoint, it was just as I remembered at the Festivale. Yummy! Definitely recommend. 😊

Fabulous place for a meal. I took my 6 month old puppy and they were happy for him to be outside on the deck,and they bought him a big bowl of water. I had the lunch special which was a salmon and prawn pasta. It was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever eaten. Well done to the chef. The wait staff were friendly,welcoming,courteous,professional and engaging. I love driving out from Launceston to have lunch here,it's so worth the drive!

Great food, very good service. Comfortable relaxed setting. Efficient staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of distillery. Shannon provided a very informative tour and we were lucky enough to sample some of their products.

We had a wonderful experience. The service was fantastic and the food fabulous. We will certainly spread the word and go again. Plenty of parking and an interesting menu.
