We had holiday brunch with friends. The restaurant is lovely, the service was on point, and the food was great!

Staff was nonchalant about our presence. Food was overpriced. We sent crab cake sandwich back because it was undercooked. There was too much filler in it as well.

Family of five had breakfast and dinner.The food is great and the service was exceptional. The scenery around the Tavern was very welcoming and felt home-like. 5 stars!

Service was great. Loved the "porch" area. I was disappointed that the breakfast potatoes weren't gluten free. They are listed as such on the menu, but they are fried in a shared fryer, so they are not gluten free. I ordered the grits instead, which tasted really weird. I couldn't pinpoint the spice they used. Just stick with salt and butter.

Casual bar and restaurant with decent food. If you don’t expect much, you won’t be disappointed. Caesar salad was fresh and steak was ok.

The food was average. My crab soup needed some seasoning and tasted bland. I also had the fried chicken salad and my chicken was burnt.

I find that hotel restaurants generally are just satisfactory but this restaurant is the exception. It was an overall outstanding dining experience. It is located in an atrium and beautifully decorated in a farmhouse or French countryside setting and one’s feels instantly comforted by the ambience. Even the cloth napkins are soft and cozy. The waitstaff was friendly, and attentive. We ate breakfast there and the food was delicious, plentiful, and artfully arranged on beautiful artisan plates. We lingered over coffee and it was the perfect morning to end our stay in Richmond. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend this restaurant.
