   Our server was very pleasant. They gave her too many tables. She was running to 3 different areas. They have to be server, food runner and busperson. That would normally be okay, but not when she had so many. We had a couple issues, she tried her best to resolve. Due to being in so many places, it took a while to take care of them. But she did make sure it was resolved. Food was very good.

   Possibly the worst experience we’ve had dining in the state of Florida. We reserved an indoor table and none were available when we arrived. It took 25 minutes and a third ask for my drink to arrive. The kitchen was so slow our meal arrived at 8:20 on a 6:45 reservation where we were seated on time. Management was absent and the wait staff were overmatched. The highlight of the meal was the valet having our car ready when we came out. It was an awful experience. We won’t go back or try the other location.

   Very good restaurant but very noisy as it was too cool to sit outside and we were there during a busy lunch hour. It was difficult to carry on a conversation. However, Quinnlyn was a great server and directed me to the shrimp tacos which was a home run. They were so good!

   very long wait for a beer and appetizers which were brought out about 5 minutes before our dinner. I had the grilled grouper sandwich which did not taste like grouper at all. Loved the coconut mahi mahi bites and the rum coconut salsa.

   We had a great lunch. Our server was Kriklynn and she was new. She did a great job. Food was excellent and good size portions. I highly recommend the Jambalaya

   4th time visiting this location and absolutely hated it again. We made a reservation at 5:45 and didn’t get pour food until 7:30.. food was for the wrong table first go around and then second time half of the food was cold and or forgotten about. Waiter was kind but they don’t have the cook situated and for that many people in the restaurant… just keeps happening and will never go back.

    When we arrived they warned us of the wait for food due to the system being down which we were fine with. But when we seen people that arrived after us get food drinks before us I thought it was crazy. But I didn’t complain. When food came it was cold. Gator bites were very chewy. Calamari was very chewy also. Took forever to get the main course. And afterwards waiting on the bill. Went to use the bathroom it was very dirty and I always check to make sure there is tissue and there wasn’t. I went to the host desk and asked she stated that they were completely out. How can you run a restaurant and not have toilet paper.

The hosts have all been updated on where our backup paper products are held as well as the importance of continued bathroom checks every 15 minutes. It only takes a second for them to go from good to bad. We again apologize that the night was not our normal service.
