Our dining experience focuses heavily on grill and smoke cooking techniques, with several unique signature features including our Hickory Smoked Brisket and Baby Back Ribs, Grilled Romaine Caesar, Smoked Spaghetti Squash, BBQ Chicken, Grilled Flatiron Steak with Chimichurri, and our Whiskey 'N Rye Brisket/Short-rib Burger, just to name a few. Great food and selection of bourbon and whiskey. Had the BBQ burger and it was very tasty and substantial. Many choices for sides. Recommend having a reservation as the restaurant filled up quickly and wait line formed early.

Beautiful spot. Great vibe and place to hangout. Brisket fries were a bit too salty and the whiskey cocktails weren't that great (kinda surprising since we thought it would be their specialty).

Still a wonderful addition to Solvang. Great happy hour deals and a cozy environment. Amazing friendly staff. However we're noticing that the food is hit or miss. Still worth a roll of the dice.

Really enjoyed the brisket dirty fries and loaded mac and cheese. So good! Corn bread a little disappointing but the other dishes more than made up for it.
