Belleville White Castle always make our Valentine's Day celebration special! Lovely decor, mood lighting and music make for a great dinner. Staff is always excited to provide table service and everything was great as always!

We enjoyed the Valentine’s Day Drive In. The carhops were good sports despite the cold weather. Thank you for holding this fun event so our family could have a safe dining experience.

The annual Valentine's Day outing to White Castle was great. The manager and the server were very attentive and did a great job. We only had two problems. First, the music on the p.a. was too loud. We asked to have it turned down a bit, and that was done, but it was still too loud. Second, the temperature swings are very wide. The restaurant would get very warm, and then the thermostat would cycle and it would get very cold before the heat came back on. We've had this problem at this restaurant in the past. Otherwise, it was a terrific time.

My husband and I went to this location for the Valentine Dinner. We were greeted, seated and served with such sweetness and fun employees. I didn't get any names, but everyone treated us with kindness and respect. Loved every minute of it. They even played romantic music for us. Well done!

Service wasn't as nice as years past Valentine's. Staff didn't provide table service well, and was very slow. Perhaps out last time celebrating

Sandwiches were cold, onion rings were overcooked and hard, and even the mix on the soda was off.

The ladies taking care of the dining room were awesome. This may be an annual trip!

Enjoyed past Valentines here, but seem to have new staff-table set with cover & flowers, no menu. "have to see at counter"-had 1 choice menu on return but didn't know cost. Took drink order-coffee & sugar-she found menu like previous years & brought beverages. Sugar never arrived nor on trays set up with condiments (self serve), tho did get from service area myself. Dinner arrived, she set tray on middle of table, left -we unloaded tray & placed it against wall at end of table. Very pleasant, but probably never waited tables before. Also so busy serving adjacent table of 10 had to be flagged several times in order to pay our bill. Not upset, just reviewing. +,

A group of friends go to White Castle every Valentine's Day. It's become a tradition that we look forward to and thoroughly enjoy. The only thing that could make the experience better would be more consistent heat. The temp spread on the thermostat is too wide, so it gets chilly before the heat comes on. Otherwise, it was another great evening!
