After having to wait for our schedule reservation time for 10 minutes we had to wait close to 35 minutes for fast food.

It was an interesting idea for valentines for a fast food restaurant. The general manager was a little frustrated because people Brought more than on the reservation . i.e. too many for a table. A couple of screaming kids waiting in that party but otherwise it was quiet in there. She was great though and got everyone seated as soon as possible.

Great first time experience for Valentine's Day. It was nice being waited on in our favorite fast food restaurant.

White Castle for Valentine's Day isn't the most romantic event ever. But it's a fun way to celebrate the holiday without spending a lot of money and making a big fuss about things. Are the employees trained wait staff? No, of course not. But they're doing the best they can and I appreciate the effort. Will definitely be doing this every year!

The Valentines Day theme here is super cute! I think when we have gone before the Drive thru and walk in service were closed. They had everything open and the kitchen could not keep up. Everyone was so nice! Felt sorry for the staff, they were overwhelmed.

Very enjoyable experience. All the staff made us feel welcome by being cheerful, considerate & happy to welcome everyone that came. The Valentine’s theme was well planned from the table cloths with candy & candle to sparkly hearts on the wall. Such a nice evening was created by the employees of Coon Rapids White Castle. Thanks. 💕 ❤️ 💕

We came to white castle with another couple for Valentine’s Day and our 41st wedding anniversary, we have been eating white castle for over 40 years and this is the place I’ve asked to go to on our anniversary. Quite a few times on our anniversary. Food is always been good Service was great that night. The young gentleman that waited on us was very polite.

Wasn't told it would be carhop when I made reservation or when I confirmed. Never would have done it. 1 young man servicing all the cars wasn't enough. Half our order was wrong and we were shorted an order of fries. Then the bills were all mixed up and took extra long. Only 2 napkins for 3 people to eat in the car?! No cheeseburgers offered on menu except 2 dlbs. We've been doing the Valentine dinner at White Castle for years and this year was extremely disappointing. We realize this year was different because of covid restrictions, but just the lack of communication, bad service and wrong food was extremely disappointing.

Went we arrived for our reservation all parking spots were still blocked off with cones so it was very confusing. We had to call in and ask what to do/where to go. Then your crammed into the 4 spaces in front of building right next to each other so there's not much room for the server to get between trucks and cars. Spacing should have been every other parking space and then have vehicles park opposite spots behind the first row so the server can see hazards. Our server or attendant was very awkward and just walked away without saying anything when we were giving him our order and also we we were looking at him squeezing in-between our vehicle and the one to our left right after we got our food he came out to ask us if we wanted to pay-this was within 3 mins of getting food. So there needs to be a timing worked out or just pay right away when we get the food so we aren't interrupted. Oh one last thing you can order through your attendant or download the app. Well the app is very confusing and frustrating trying to figure out then wouldn't accept the promo code. We watched also both cars on our side try and order off their phones but then both parties had to order through the attendant, which he then told us that is wasn't working -which he should have said first thing instead of everyone getting frustrated.
