This is something we do every Valentine's Day for the past 13 years. The menu combos were hard to read

The employees were excited to serve. Welcome and warm atmosphere. My partner love's White Castle 🏰 The grey area was the claim stripes. For $12.99 They were not worthy. Most of it was like pieces that appeared like crumbs The Shrimp was great So was the sliders. Table and chairs not comfortable

As always, we had a great time visiting with the great staff in a different way. Definitely recommend gong to White Castle for Valentines Day!

Valentine's Day at White Castle has become a tradition for us. They decorate the dining area, a hostess seats us and they have servers come to the table. It is great for families.

Another super cute Valentines special celebration. Kudos to the team, they were all friendly, pleasant and helpful when stepping out of their comfort zones. a fun night for us :)

Went there for our annual valentines dinner Did not know we were going to be sitting in our cars instead of in the restaurant. Food was not great! Cheese wasn’t even a little melted on our burgers. Very disappointed.

We had a great time with the valentines day celebration and even with the changes due to covid the team went out of their way to make it an enjoyable time for us.

Lets be honest, White Castle , for Valentine's day, the bar wasnt set very high. They seated us a half hour early. Thats the only positive i can say. Took about 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order, then took another 10 minutes to get the drinks and take the food order. Almost 40 minutes later, our food shows up, and the "waitress" dumps a plate of fries all over our table. Yes she cleaned it and we got new fries. ALL the food, was luke warm at best. Except for the new fries. Pretty sure someone forgot they had our food sitting in the back. Nobody came by to tell us what the wait was, 40 minutes of us sitting there, getting our own soda refils while we waited... I know i shouldn't expect much, considering where we were, but this is a place that apparently prides themselves in doing great this one time. But they failed for us. We will not be coming back for this event.

A great experience- especially for a family Valentine's Day dinner when you are not afraid to not take yourself too seriously. The staff wasn't adept at serving multiple tables, and that is to be somewhat expected when they only do table service 1 day a year. Still, a great experience, fun, and the food was exactly what you'd expect.
