The manager was not ready for the day . They was not properly stocked had no ketchup, salt , cheese sauce and could not give proper change once you paid . It was my first time doing this and if my wife didn’t have a sense of humor the day would’ve been worse!!!!!

When we got there, only two ppl were working the whole place. Later a third person came. It was very chaotic not knowing what to do once we got there. We went to counter to order and the man says have a seat I’ll be right with you. It took a long time. There was just no help! It was terrible! Ordered apple juice for kids and he only brought out one… all they had. That caused unhappy kids! Then had to go to counter to pay since no one ever came back out. Stood in line for a while just to pay. Was a horrible experience. Food was okay once we did get it, thank goodness

Disappointing this year not being able to be inside. Didn’t seen very special this year just sitting in the car. The “extras” were pink plates and red napkins. I missed the flowers and Candy they had last year. Just wasn’t special this year.

The decorations were lacking this year, there wasn't even a backdrop to stand in front of with the White Casatle hearts Valentine's logo, that used to be my favorite part.

This was just FUN! My husband teases me every year about going. This year we decided to go and had a great time. The staff were very pleasant, the tables and area were decorated and they took your order and served at the table. There were pictures to be taken and it was fun for us. Definitely a different experience but not too overboard.

We had a fun time, been going to these Valentine's Day Dinners many years and always have a great time.

We have made going to White Castle a tradition on Valentine's Day for their spacial offerings. Kinda fun and inexpensive place to celebrate.

We’ve been going to White Castle for their Valentine’s Day 13 years, and it just keeps getting better! The decorations, staff and price are all awesome. We look forward to it again next year :o)
