The staff were slow to help and told us they didn’t have reservations past 8:15 even though we showed the email showing it was for 8:45 customer service was lacking

The entire staff was super sweet and fun! The manager was the absolute sweetest person I’ve ever met! Food was hot and yummy!

We have been going to WC for Valentine’s Day for almost 20 years and it never disappoints. The kids love it now too! Great experience as usual.

Valentines Day dinner. This was the best year every. Each year they do better. Not easy for a restaurant that doesn’t have dinning service for 364 and 1/2 days a year. Lot of fun!

Valentines Dinner is alway fun at White Castle. The staff was made of several young kids, maybe children of the normal staff. They were totally confused and not prepared to be servers. A problem that I attribute to the manager who was only visible once during our hour and had dinner.

When I arrived the place was packed and they did not have a table for us. They also said they didn't have mt name only a phone number. We was told we could wait for a table to open, are you serious you are white castle. Never again.

I had so much fun. I’ve already shared our fun experience with so many people. My husband was delighted that I didn’t drag him to a “fancy pants” place this year. Instead of the $100+ we would have spent for 2, we picked up the tab for 4 and it was $38. Needless to say we tipped big. Fun fun!
