It was a fun Valentine’s Day experience. The waitresses were awesome. The fun decorations made it festive. Food was hot and delicious.

We were at WC on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was decorated adorably with tablecloths, candles, balloons, etc. You had a server take care of you and ours was so nice and attentive! We have taken part in the Valentine's Day dinner for years. We love it!!

Despite having a reservation and being early for it, no one spoke to us for thirty minutes. There are only ten tables in the lobby. They weren’t all full. This Valentines Event needed a manager running things because the “servers” were clueless. We got cold food and then we got our drinks AFTER we got our food.

It was very disorganized. They let anybody in no matter if you had a reservation or not.

WORST experience ever! I have always wanted to do the White Castle Valentines instead of our usual reservations at Martini Bistro. BIGGEST mistake ever! We sat and waited for 1 hour before walking out. We were never even approached to get a drink! We saw how busy they were and took that into consideration but never getting approached, bad attitudes by the employees and just pure chaos ruined our night! I just wanted to have valentines fun and this location and staff took all of that away. I will never return to that restaurant again!
