I made a reservation for my husband and I for Valentines day. He truly was surprised and loved the experience. The restaurant had a host stand and was decorated throughout. There were table cloths, table runners, flowers, balloons and a photo op wall too. We had menus and a waitress. She took our orders and brought our food to the table . Each female got a wrapped long stem rose after dinner. It turned out to be a great experience!!

Our server was incredibly polite. It was better than most other sit down restaurants I've been to.

Everything was good well until the end. We waiting about 15 minutes for someone to come give us bill to pay. Then we saw our server come out behind counter with food, sit down and start eating. She never came back. Another server had to help us and then gave us the wrong bill. Besides the end, everything was great!

We have gone to the Valentine’s Day dinner at this White Castle for the last 3 years and normally it’s a great time. This year was just awful. We arrived 10 min before our reservation and was not seated until 15 mins after our reservation. The we had a nice 25 wait before I finally got up to go ask someone if they could take our order. After another 20 we got our drinks, and about 15 mins later we got our cold food. We always try to make the best of a bad situation, but this was just horrible. Not sure if the people had experience in doing this, and the manager never once came out from behind the counter until it was time for the reservations to end. Normally it’s a very fun time.

I think it goes without saying that waiting tables is not White Castle’s strong suit. It took 5-10min before we were given menus. We watched while employees stood around with their clipboard wondering what to do. I know this is a special day, but they really need to hire people who can actually wait tables for this special event. Our waitress gave us back too much change from our bill too, totally clueless. We have attended Valentine’s Day at White Castle for the past 6yrs and this was the worst experience by far.

A different way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with someone who likes White Castle. They make it special this one day a year. We even got Hershey kisses after we paid our bill.
