It was a great experience but the service was horrible. The manager kept telling us she was "overwhelmed this year"

Well I felt bad for the employees and customers especially with kids. The tables weren't full and yet people including us had to wait 45 min just to get our food. The people sitting behind us were waiting over an hour and 15 min. There order was lost. None of us even had drinks when the first thing they asked what would you like to drink? They never came back with them. The employees were trying and very stressed. The orders were messed up. There weren't that many people coming in to order. Extremely unorganized. I wanted to just go up to the counter to order myself but I didn't. I really wanted the experience since I read so much about it but this will be my first and last time. This was the first time some employees even did this so I don't want to blame them.They were working but White Castle should step up for the one day and get professional servers just for that day. I really don't like to give bad reviews but it really wasn't what I expected. I had to give some kind of star just for the effort.

Valentine’s Day at the Castle has been an 8 year tradition, they always do a great job!

Celebrating Valentines as a car hop experience due to Covid. Called to confirm a few days before. Told me how’d it work this year. Recommended to download app so contactless with card or cash, if not place order when arrive. To my surprise there was a $10 carhop surcharge on receipt. Not knowing that, I had tipped. But overall experience was nice. They taped balloons to the hood and delivered a lil bag of candy with order. Very thought out and still would do again

They really made the best of things with the Valentine's event being weird this year because of Covid.

Been coming here for years and celebrating Valentine’s Day with my family and it’s always an enjoyable experience. This year due to COVID-19 they created a car-hop style where our order was brought out to the car with a few extra Valentine’s goodies. Glad we didn’t miss it this year and will be back next year.

The Valentine's Dinner was great! It was so cute and I enjoyed it. The service was great and the staff even took our pictures.
