This year, my annual Valentine’s dinner was a bust. My husband and I arrived on time for our reservation and waited without speaking to anyone for 20 minutes before leaving. There were several groups of people in front of us on line, the small dining area was packed, and there was only one woman handling the dining room. I’m not sure, but I think groups without reservations were being seated. I felt badly for the employees because it appeared the place was very under staffed for such a busy day. I think V Day at White Castle has gotten so much publicity that it became something trendy people wanted to try just to post on about it on their socials. There was a table of about 7 ladies who not only looked incredibly out of place being in a White Castle in Hempstead, but they were also being rude and pushy to the staff. For over a decade, I tried to get reservations at White Castle on V Day, and once I did, I started getting early access to make reservations in following years. My husband and I are true Love Castle Cravers - we have special matching shirts and it’s close to home - the perfect celebration. Never did I think that with a reservation (made January 7), that I would not be able to celebrate as planned.

It was a fun night. The only problem is they need to have more people working. I felt sorry for the two servers they were running around like crazy. They did do a great job and kept apologizing for the wait.

Best Valentine's Day ever! (Assuming you like fast food.) For years I have been trying to get this reservation, but was always too late. This year I booked in early January and it was well worth it. Server was super nice. The place was decorated and there were cloth tablecloths, special printed menus, and candy on the table. There was a backdrop hung on the wall to take pictures too. Overall great night, and super affordable.

Was just amazing! Brought friends for the first time with us and they loved it too. can’t beat the price and ambience was great!

We were there on Valentine’s Day. There were lots of Valentine decorations, tablecloths, menus, waitress service. They even gave the women a flower before leaving. Hamburgers were good as usual. Shrimp nibblers had too much breading. Didn’t like cheesecake stick dessert. Brownie stick dessert was very sweet but tasty. It was a unique and fun experience for Valentine’s Day.

Valentines Day at White Castle was so much fun!! They had table cloths, table service, a special printed menu and decorations galore. It was so refreshing to go out to dinner on Valentines Day and not spend a fortune for dinner. Well done White Castle, I can’t wait to come back next year.

Great service for Valentine's Day. Had to eat in the parking lot due to Covid, but didn't matter. The staff was great and the food delicious!
