Our bar and pub menus have all been crafted around local produce from Norfolk.

Like the seasons, menus at the White Horse Holme change to reflect the fresh ingredients that our fishermen, farmers and suppliers catch, grow and produce for us.

Our menu is designed to be shared amongst friends or ordered for individuals. We recommend a side dish with our large plates. Dishes suitable for sharing are indicated on the menu.

Dogs are welcome in our bar and dining area.
We welcome walk ins in our bar and restaurant as well as on our heated decking area outside.

Halibut was same as frozer supermarket fish was grey in colour not white the sauce was like soup and about 15 chips for £3 plus. Won’t be going back

Lovely cosy warm and welcoming pub. Friendly staff and great ambience. One small criticism is that the menu is quite limited and all mains are without potatoes/fries/veg so have to be ordered separately. Which could make the overall price at little costly. Having said that our food was tasty and hot. Will certainly go back especially in warmer weather as garden and outside space looks good.

Very creative, innovative and full flavoured menu, by chance we all ate vegetarian and the combinations of local heritage produce and interesting sauces and toppings was a real treat. We would love the recipe for the gnocchi!

Second visit and I must say this is a great addition to the area The venue has been very tasteful transformed by a group who know how to run pub Waiting staff top notch particularly the manager who dealt perfectly with a very minor issue we had. We will definitely be back soon!

Food we had was lovely but mains are just the meat, have to pay extra for all sides dish. The side dishes do not include any veg. Needs to be veg on the plate. A meal is not just a plate of meat and mash for another £3.50

Went out for dinner on New Year’s Eve and the food was really good and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The halibut and burgers were especially delicious and my 8yr old even enjoyed the Thai green mussels (special board) Definitely recommend this restaurant and we will certainly be visiting again.

Service was great, sadly we were squished in a table where there wasn’t much room, my partner must have been knocked into 5 times with people walking past and couldn’t fit in the chair on the opposite site because of the fire place. We love dogs but had a dog right next to us that kept coming over and when other dogs came in ran across to bark/sniff. Menu was disappointing, we went for the burger for main meat and cooked was lovely but covered in a very over powering mustard type sauce which it didn’t say on menu. Starters were okay. Sadly slightly disappointing experience.

Absolutely fantastic early evening dinner on New Year’s Eve. Delicious food, excellent service and wonderful atmosphere. We have dined with you several times and can’t wait to return again very soon! Thank you very much and Happy New Year to you all!
