I made reservations for my parents, husband and I to watch the Christmas Ships. Who Song’s had a reservation option of $100 deposit for a window seat to watch the ships while we enjoyed our meal. My reservation was for 7:45 PM, we were finally sat 8:15 pm, after the ships had already began and were making their way down river. Fortunately, the $100 deposit went towards our meal. Very unfortunate, to not have been sat until a half hour after our pre paid reservation time. I would not recommend this and will not be back.

Wonderful service and delicious food. We were 20 minutes late due to heavy traffic and they held our reservation and honored our seating request. A little pricey but otherwise fantastic!

The staff was amazing! They really had it together for all who came to watch the Christmas Ships! It was a full house, yet our server was prompt, food good, and hot! Fun time for all!

Amazing dinner I had the fajitas and there were some of the best I’ve had. I would highly recommend making sure you have a reservation.

We have been coming here yearly to watch the Christmas ships. We make our reservations months in advance, and apparently this year they had a change where if you wanted to sit near the window to see the Christmas ships you apparently had to pay more money. This was never mentioned at all when I made my reservations. When the time came for the Christmas ships to come by, there was a crowd of people outside, and we were told several times ( and not very politely) that the people sitting by the windows paid extra money and we needed to move. Really tacky. We all paid money to eat there and see the Christmas ships and if they have a new policy, they should have it mentioned on their website. I just think it could’ve been handled much differently. We will not be back next year

Overall good experience. However, I had reservations and waited for 20 minutes while people who came in after me and had reservations for a later time got seated before me. It seemed like the hostess completely forgot about my party.

Who Song was a great place to take my mom for Thanksgiving. We opted for Mexican instead of the turkey dinner. The energy made it feel like a holiday!
