    I booked a reservation at Wicked for New Years Eve for a party of 8 people. This is one of our favorite restaurants but we haven't all been there together in quite a while due to life being busy so we were all looking forward to it! I even have the email confirmation with the reservation details. When a family member arrived a little before our 6:15 reservation, there was a note on the door saying they were closed for the night. The funny part of this was that I had to provide my credit card to book the reservation and was told I would be charged $20 per person if we cancelled or didn't show up for our time slot. I let my brother in law know this info and he went to book a reservation to see if maybe some how there was an issue but it still let him make one for an hour after ours was supposed to be. They would have charged me $160 (8x$20/pp) if we missed the reservation but we showed up on NYE to a closed restaurant with 8 people. The response my brother in law got when he wrote a review for the restaurant was just that "they turned their reservations off with open table" with no offer to make it right. We had to call all over and end up in a gross restaurant that had availability for our large party on NYE.

    Bartender was the host as well as, our waiter. He did a great job. Very personable and very good at his job. Unfortunately, the restaurant has negatively affected by the new management, which appeared to not be in attendance. Very few customers, understaffed on the night we were there - a Monday. Sad to see, as we love this restaurant. The food is still good, but a couple of entrees we wanted were unavailable at 7pm. Hopefully, they will get back to being the great restaurant they used to be.

    Meatball app came out ice cold! Calamari app was overcooked and chewy as rubber! The pizza was delicious and the waitress was great but we could’ve done without the cook yelling and swearing when the waitress brought the cold meatballs back! It was embarrassing, the whole restaurant could hear the yelling and screaming!

    The restaurant was completely out of any fish options, although we were not told until after we had seen the menu... and requested fish meals. The restaurant was also out of other very common items. QUITE disappointing. We don't plan on returning. The waitstaff was quite friendly and attentive, and needed to keep apologizing for the lack of menu choices. We actually felt bad for them.

    We had a reservation and were seated right away. However, like most restaurants in the area (and, elsewhere?) there was not enough waitstaff. Our server was very good and did the best she could but she had too many tables. The food was very good. But the restaurant was out of: seafood, pesto, sweet potato fries, and sparkling water. And, those were just the things we asked for.

    Our server was excellent and did her best. Had to wait 15 minutes for my dirty martini to arrive. Bar was backed up. No olives in the martini…all out. No salmon available, no sweet potato fries. Bacon on the burgers undercooked. Not like the old Wicked.

    Our wait time was a bit longer than normal due to staffing issues, but the meal was well worth waiting for. Server was busy but took time to stop by and check in on our food, drinks, etc. A lovely evening to celebrate a birthday.

    The wait time was very slow (even with a reservation) and the food took forever, and we got our appetizers (salads) basically at the same time as our dinner. The waitress took 10 minutes just to take our drink order, so we ordered everything at once before she disappeared again. The food & drinks were good, but I was so bothered by how poorly things were run that I couldn’t enjoy my meal. Also, there is no kids menu or kids cups with lids or straws.

    The food was delicious and our waitress was very good, however we waited almost 45 minutes for our appetizer. Our waitress was attentive, communicative and apologetic but it seemed the kitchen was very backed up. Way too long to wait for any food, in my opinion.
