Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

    From start to finish everything was wonderful. Service was excellent and food was outstanding. The ambiance was very pleasing. And the overall management of the evening was very well done. We will definitely return often.

    One of the best restaurants i have been to. Fresh ingredients and deep flavor. We ordered many dishes and all of them were fantastic, especially the sablefish! The drinks were also very good. A must-go if you are at whistler, for sure

    The service was beyond horrible from the manager to the receptionist to take your name when you walk in. From the time we sat down and ordered our food. It took them an hour and 15 minutes for the food to be put on a table and every time we make a complaint or ask for a manager to come and ask him to see how food was going to come. It took 10 minutes to even get a manager.

    If you are a foodie, this is the place to go for a culinary experience. This is an extremely well run restaurant with attentive staff in an intimate setting surrounding a spectacular bar. The cocktails are expertly prepared as is the presentation of each dish. A must visit when in Whistler. Leave the kids at home and treat yourself to this amazing restaurant.
