Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group.     Great dinner. Oysters, Tuna Tataki, New York Strip, Duck, Striped Bass, Truffle Fries, Pear Tart dessert. All excellent. Great service. Already rebooked to return.

    A must do if you are at or near Whistler! Creative and wonderfully fresh seafood with presentations to match; great appetizers and fun desserts; and fabulous service both from our server and the sommelier, both of whom helped us choose from the menus. Very much appreciated that the sommelier stayed in the range we asked, listened to our preferences and brought two bottles to the table to discuss with us and did not attempt to upsell us. We wound up with a wonderful wine that beautifully complimented our meal. And, the design and decor of the dining room itself also adds to the elevated dining experience. Stop reading this and book it! We will be back! Thanks!

    Very nice, we sat at the bar an enjoyed watching all the interesting cocktails being made. If you like Mixology, this is a fun place to go. The food was amazing. I would say the only real disappointment is for such a beautiful classy restaurant having people show up in T-shirts baseball caps like they just left the football game is a little disappointing.

    Visited this place a few years back and even the second time around, it did not disappoint. Most definitely one of the top 5 restaurants i’ve been to around the world. Fresh oysters, unique drinks, wonderful ambiance and incredible service.
