Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

    Very nice, we sat at the bar an enjoyed watching all the interesting cocktails being made. If you like Mixology, this is a fun place to go. The food was amazing. I would say the only real disappointment is for such a beautiful classy restaurant having people show up in T-shirts baseball caps like they just left the football game is a little disappointing.

    We sat at the bar - which we loved. It feels like a real team effort at the restaurant with difference people delivering things and checking in. Food was outstanding as were the wine recommendations.

    Impeccable service and food. Quality ingredients and consistency with flavour. Our favourite restaurant in Whistler! Also vegan and child friendly(staff are awesome with my son).

    Shannon did such a great job looking after us at the bar! The food and the atmosphere were amazing. All the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the new drinks selection 10/10

    We celebrated our anniversary at Wild Blue last night, and it was an unforgettable experience! The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made us feel so special from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, with beautifully presented dishes that were both creative and sophisticated, but never crossed the line into being too "out there." The menu had unique options that felt exciting yet approachable, and every bite was a delight. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening.
