Our philosophy is to attempt to source wild-caught fish, local pasture-raised poultry and grass-fed poultry, as well as plant-based meals that promise to be flavorful options to those who choose to eat meat-free. We offer allergen sensitive options for gluten-free, dairy-free, nut and seed free. Whenever possible we strive to offerproducts without hormones and steroids and the restaurant strives to be cruelty free and to supports local organic, biodynamic and sustainable farms. Provisions not made in house will be sourced from the coolest epicureans. Health conscious casual fine dine in a beautiful setting with live entertainment nightly. Indoor/outdoor dining.     We shared the tuna, cauliflower and the squah blossom. I cannot wait to go bake for the butter cake but we were FULL! I want to try other things on the menu, but I also want more of what I had! DELICIOUS with great service and a GREAT WAITER!!

    Jane and Grace were both serving us last night and as always we had an incredible experience here. This is our 6th time going to Wildest and every time is just perfect. They have so many vegan options (several appetizers and like 5 vegan entrees too!) as well as responsible meats. This place is our favorite restaurant in the desert by far!

    Small portion of short rib as compared to previous short rib entree. Too many mashed potatoes to compensate for the small portion of short rib. The charred Caesar salad created wilted romaine - might want to reconsider this. Kudos for the bartender unknowing how to make a Hugo Spritz. It’s always a mixed review every time we eat there. Hate the idea of giving it up but may have to. Never thrilled with the experience.

    While being in Desert Springs with my son, we were looking for a restaurant which accommodates gluten free, vegan and ‘normal’ food. We found Wildest and were impressed with pretty much everything. Choices, food, transparency, service, wine list, and so much more. We will be back! It’s on the pricier side.

    We had a lovely dinner with frineds last night. Food was superb, drinks were excellent. We did notice the protion size has shrunk. It was okay as I am always trying not to overeat, but the price is still as though it were the larger portions. I also was a bit surprised at how quiet the restuarant was becaue in previous visits the bar area was full and the noise level was high. This time there were other diners but lots of room for more.
