Our philosophy is to attempt to source wild-caught fish, local pasture-raised poultry and grass-fed poultry, as well as plant-based meals that promise to be flavorful options to those who choose to eat meat-free. We offer allergen sensitive options for gluten-free, dairy-free, nut and seed free. Whenever possible we strive to offerproducts without hormones and steroids and the restaurant strives to be cruelty free and to supports local organic, biodynamic and sustainable farms. Provisions not made in house will be sourced from the coolest epicureans. Health conscious casual fine dine in a beautiful setting with live entertainment nightly. Indoor/outdoor dining.     Food was delicious! We had cauliflower and bread as appetizers, the wedge salad plus salmon, filet mignon, and short ribs as entrees. So good. We sat outside and it was quiet and so lovely with the lights and artwork. Inside was hopping and noisy with live music but it was almost unnoticeable outside. The server was training another person and was narrating the processes as he was opening and serving the wine and that was a little odd. But service was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed our evening at Wildest and would go again.

    From the fist impression to the meal the experience was fabulous. Our waitress was great the food was outstanding. I can’t say enough good about Wildest! I will be back!

    Thank you Charissa and team for making my wife’s 60th birthday a night to remember. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and at home. The food and service (thank you Paige!) was fantastic and we look forward to sharing many more meals and special moments at Wildest.

    Delicious small plates, large beet salad to split and nice wine selection. Sat on the patio and had a lovely, friendly waitperson, Paige. Very knowledgeable and fun. Would definitely recommend.

    Roger was our waiter. He was very nice and handled our party of six with ease. The squash blossoms were delicious!! The bread with a new taste profile was enjoyed by all. The entrees were tasty. Loved the pottery used for the dinner service. Excellent all around.

    Our first time at Wildest was a winner. We enjoyed a variety of beverages, small plates, entrees and desserts. Each was outstanding. Sea bass was cooked perfectly! Attentive service. We will be back!
