The evening begins with Tomato & Basil Bisque & Grilled Cheese paired with Mirabilis Spritz Cocktail, followed by Blackened Redfish paired with a Blanc de Blancs, Beef Tenderloin Stroganoff paired with a Blanc de Noirs and ends with a Turtle Bread Pudding paired with a Demi-Sec. Brian Phillips, Wilson Daniels National Accounts Director, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. We enjoy dining here and generally speaking everything is as expected. Tonight was extraordinary because of our waitress Wilma. We had never had her before and we were impressed with her friendly personality, her attentiveness and her overall desire to make our dining experience enjoyable. She excelled in every sense of the word. Our dinner was excellent, from the Beef Wellington to the Crab Cake entrees along with the shrimp cocktail and goat cheese appetizers. The cornbread was fresh and warm ( not rubbery) and the peach green tea was to die for. Wilma surprised us with a complimentary piece of chocolate tort with a candle where she thanked us for being good clients of Wildfire. This was completely unexpected but was warmly received. Everything was wonderful but we missed seeing management during our trip tonight.

The food was ok, nothing outstanding, The service was very good. They add a surcharge to a total bill which make no sense and is simply outrageous.

I attended a wine dinner with friends and had a wonderful time. The portions, both wine and food, were generous! The sturgeon was cooked to perfection, along with the beef tenderloin. They had some very enticing events on their calendar coming up that I may have to come back for!

Excellent food and service by this very reliable restaurant. In the dining room, ask for the "fabulousLuis" and in the bar, Mr Raul. Wonderful management by Aaron and Clay. Tasty and tender coconut shrimp and delicious cornbread
