Situated on Chandos Road in Redland, Bristol, 1*Michelin, wilks is a modern and vibrant independent restaurant offering creative, refined cooking, as well as an attentive, knowledgeable service from friendly staff in a relaxed, elegant dining room.
At wilks we champion all that is local - farmers, growers, suppliers - even local artists who show their work in our restaurant.
Inaugurated in August 2012, it took wilks restaurant only one year to gain recognition, earning a Michelin star in September 2013 which has been retained since.
wilks offers a great value for money "2/3 course lunch menu" Friday to Sunday. For dinner, depending on the day, the "a la carte" or a 5 course or a 7 course tasting menus are available.

Loved everything about our 2nd visit, only thing I would like to hear is some background music, classical, piano.... anything to just create more of an ambience. Food and service were second to none, will definitely return.

An amazing night out at Wilks. I was in town on business and had a lush meal for one. Highly recommend the wine pairing advice and the 3 course choices. The place is a bit quiet, which can be nice, but you will get to hear the conversations around you, so enjoy the drama.

Dined at Wilks pre-Christmas whilst we were visiting Bristol from Australia. Wonderful food, great customer service & awesome Gin & Tonics. Would happily recommend to all. Thank you!

The food was good but not exceptional the table we had was up against a wall,there were other tables available that would have been better as the restaurant was not full ,I guess watching programmes like master chef you expect your going to get that level of food .y
