Service was absolutely fantastic. Could not have received better service. Just over the top great. Food was very good. Couple of items were a miss but overall great. Was seated right across from the harp which made hearing the waiters a bit difficult but the music was lovely. Will definitely return.

We went all out - the champagne, the silver needle tea. Nothing disappointed. The finger sandwiches were especially creative and packed with a variety of flavors. Everything went perfectly.

We had a lovely afternoon tea enjoying the harp music and beautiful Willard Hotel, but felt rushed by our server who kept checking on the bill. I expected to taste more than one type of tea, but my choice was very good.

Beautiful ambience. Lovely harp music. Gorgeous table settings and furniture. Delicious variety of teas, scones and jams but absolutely abysmal tea sandwiches which weren’t really sandwiches and below average dessert

We went to tea as a very belated Christmas present. I would happily come back. We left full and happy! Grab some friends, gussy up and have tea @ the willard! You won't regret it!

The atmosphere and service were excellent, but the snacks seemed stale and didn't meet our expectations. Given the high price, we were hoping for higher-quality afternoon snacks.

The service was much worse than expected for my 3:30pm reservation today. My partner and I arrived 10 minutes early and were one of the first tables seated. We were given waters shortly and selected our teas shortly after sitting down. However, we then waited a VERY long time before receiving our tea or food. Our tea arrived at 4:06pm and our food arrived at 4:15pm. We also sat there with empty waters for 20 minutes during that time. This was my first time there. The ambience was great and the food and tea themselves were good, but the service was quite poor. I will not be coming back, and I recommend others check out the Regis or somewhere else before coming here.
