    I saws having beaky and sat at the back (inside) around the corner. I wanted to place an order but there was no one to speak to as no staff walked past that area or came to check if people seating in that area needed anything. The only way to speak to a staff member wS when the went outside completely ignoring people seating inside at the back. Staff are friendly and helpful.

    Great new local for us. Excellent coffee. Tasty food and great service. Busy and buzzy! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Have been there three times this week! It's a bonus being able to book a table too.

    First time visiting but i booked as we were a group of 7. Place is large inside and out so plenty of choice. Menu is very nice, something for everyone and interesting. Not just the usual eggs bennedict. I had the braised mushrooms w fried egg (and lots more), was very nice and cheaper than a lot of other cafes. Service good too. Will be back.

    Wonderful food and lovely service. Went with my mum, whose friend lived in this building in the 1930’s!!! Such a lovely cafe!!!

    If you like kale this is the place for you. Like many people I do not like to eat kale. Every dish on the lunch menu included kale except one (at least kale was not listed as an ingredient) I chose this dish of salmon salad as it seemed to be the only one available to me However to my horror it arrived made up mainly of kale with a small amount of salmon and some grains. I was able to eat the small quantity of salmon and the grains but had to leave the bulk of the meal. The kind waiter offered to bring me another dish when he found I had left most of my meal but there was nothing served on the menu that did not include kale. Many people do not like kale so there should be some dishes offered without this coarse, hard to eat vegetable. Sadly I will not return to eat there again.

    We enjoyed dinning at Willim McKinnon, this place was recommended to us by Julian Moussi. we will return at a later date for dinning in.

    The male who seemed to be in charge with a South African accent was so rude and dismissive. Previously this was a favourite local of mine, but he turned me right off returning.
