Inspired by Roman street cuisine, Renee Erickson and team bring you Willmott's Ghost, an Italian centric restaurant in the Amazon Spheres. Featuring seasonal offerings from our local famers & fishermen. Pizza

Reservations are bookable for indoor, we offer bar seating as a first come first serve basis.

Groups of 9+ we set a family style email us at willmottsghost@eatseacreatures.com to learn more about hosting a large group reservation.

Aperitivo Hour (Happy Hour) is offered weekday 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. All day Sunday! Wine, cocktail, antipasti, non-alcoholic specials! Details can be found on our website!

We had hopeful expectations for this interesting restaurant location. It turned out to be not very cozy. Loud and brightly lit and uneven in the service. The food was interesting. Flavorful small portions. Very expensive. My impression was that they were a new inexperienced restaurant, but they have actually been open for years.

Alejandro was very sweet and attentive. The other server, whose name I did not know was cold, disinterested, and was everything opposite of someone with good hospitality skills. Seems to have a perpetual chip on us shoulders and almost seems to resent cordial and friendly interactions. It actually ruined what could have otherwise been a great experience.

We had a wonderful experience here! The staff were so kind and thoughtful and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was quiet and cozy.

The restaurant was out of three of their five entrées and the 2 remaining ones were pork and fish, which some people in the party don’t eat. I don’t normally leave reviews, but it was definitely disappointing since we were celebrating a birthday dinner. I actually understand the concept because I’m in the industry but being out of 60% of the entree choices is excessive. Clearly there’s an issue with the Par’s.

We were so eager to try everything at Willmotts Ghosy. A beautiful cozy and well designed bar/restaurant tucked into the glass spheres in South Lake Union. Good for: Meeting friends, date night, or bringing folks from out of town. Ambience: cozy, pale pinks and lush greens in a garden modern vibe. The appetizers were nice, fresh, creative, and the quality we expect from the amazing Renee Erickson. The entrees and pizza we were less impressed by. The pizza was doughy, thick, and felt less inspired. My husband and I both felt like of the five things we ate, all were a bit over salted and over oiled. The dishes were good but not great. I look forward to dining there again, trying different diahes, and updating my review. The staff were all really warm, friendly, and helpful. We did get the sense that they see a lot of eaters who are perhaps not versed in the foods or terminology, as they seemed to over explain what each I ingredients was, as if we were unfamiliar with them.

The location and ambiance were fantastic, which made it all the more disappointing to have poorly executed food in such small portions for the price. It’s sad to say that but we are definitely not coming back.

The staff and restaurant professionals at Willmott's Ghost were the kindest I have ever encountered here. The non-alcoholic drink was fun and the focaccia was amazing.
