   Food was excellent- well prepared and nicely plated. Service was good, but not great. There were very few customers in the restaurant but server did not check in with us very often. Staff is quite knowledgeable. This has become our go to place when we attend theater.

   Food was very good and the restaurant was very lovley. Our service/waitress was “ok” but at times it seemed we were bothering her by being at the table. Overall would go back and ask for a different server!!

   Neighborhood gem! Extensive wine list, great food choices and variety. The food is always cooked to perfection. Highly recommend. Note: the tables are close together so the noise level is higher than some places, but if that doesn't bother you, keep the Willow Room on your list. You won't be disappointed.

   Had a great time. Mandy was our waitress and she was great. She was able to accommodate a special request for us which we really appreciated as well. Overall wonderful experience. Would absolutely recommend for a nicer dinner that doesn’t break the bank. Especially the Monday 3-course meal deal.

   We were disappointed in Willow Room. We arrived for a 5:45 reservation on a Sunday evening hoping that an early dining experience would be better in regards to the noise level. Unfortunately, the restaurant was noisy when we arrived, and a table of six loud drinkers just behind us made it worse as the evening progressed. They were shouting, laughing, and clapping as they kept ordering martinis, and although it is not the fault of the restaurant when people are oblivious, there is little about the restaurant design to mitigate excessive noise. Service was slow and inattentive; so much so that when we had been there for a half hour without being asked for our food order, we decided to skip an appetizer and just order entrees. Two of us ordered the halibut, which was nothing special; the best part of the dish were the giant and very nicely cooked asparagus spears. One of us ordered the butternut squash ravioli, which he found rather bland and a small portion. We got the flourless chocolate cake for dessert, and it’s a beautiful and generous slice. However, the texture was very dense and fudge like, with only a tiny dollop of whipped cream to complement the dark flavor. We all agreed that the spotty service and unexceptional food did not merit a return visit, particularly when factoring in the aversive noise level.

   Our 2nd time at Willow Room. Unfortunately the butternut squash ravioli was bland, with little flavor, and the noise level very loud.
