0/5 – Disastrous Experience, Ruined Our Valentine’s Day We had high hopes for Willow, but this was hands down the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. We waited 45 minutes just to be seated, and service was painfully slow from there. It took over an hour to get the focaccia, which arrived doughy, tasteless, and completely unsalted. Our appetizer didn’t show up until almost two hours in, and we finally gave up and left after 2 hours and 15 minutes—without ever receiving our main course or dessert. To top it off, they didn’t even offer a full refund despite the disastrous service. Absolutely unacceptable. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent meal, let alone a special occasion. Let me know if you want any edits!

Great ambiance and menu! Evan and Tyler were fantastic and took great care of our group. Nice wine selection and great cocktails.

It was a good experience. However, the price was not justified. It was very good but not $50+-a-dish great.

This is a very nice restaurant for a couples date night, our server was attentive and the food is first rate. Options on the menu are somewhat limited, with not as many Italian dishes as I expected, but the food we did order was tasty and prepared well.

This place is extremely pricey but it is delicious, decor is beautiful, and service is great.

This place was really cute and I will for sure be back. I want to try the lemon ricotta pancakes next time ( they were sold out) so next time for sure!

Slightly disappointed with the food from dinner. Group of four and we all had issues with our meals: over cooked chicken, prawns tasted recently thawed, gnocchi was served lukewarm… at this price point, I would expect a bit more. Servers and their service was great though.
