   The service was slow, but the people were respectful and apologetic. One person at our table ordered a Bloody Mary, and I cannot believe the drink they made was served. The drink must have been sitting forever, because the drink separated with half clear liquid on top and some sort of pinkish red liquid below. The drink was sent back, but the server must have stirred it up and tried to present the same drink. Again, it was sent back for a different drink...this was really bad. The food on the other hand, though really slow, was pretty good. The appetizers pleased the whole table, but there were a few complaints with the entrees. The scallop risotto had only 5 smallish scallops, but was tasty. My bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly, but the vegetables were barely cooked and snapped and crunched when eaten. They made up for their pitfalls by not charging for the desserts the table ordered. One person's cannoli didn't have filling piped in completely as there was a pocket of nothingness right in the middle. In all, the service was slow and the food fell short. I expected a much better meal and experience.

   The food was amazing. The waiter was very nice and kept checking on us. Just looking around you can see everyone enjoying themselves and all the servers doing there job to make everyone have an amazing time. I shared a memorial moment and the whole staff knew about it and i thank them all. I highly recommend it. Even another costumer said it is the best restaurant hidden in Ct.

   Unfortunately there was a mix up with order and wife got filet with lobster rather then filet with portobello mushrooms Had to send back. In rush new filet can out raw twice then finally out ok not med rare but ok. My meal was good sirloin with shrimp but I was almost done by time wife got her meal. She got free dessert but still tough event on Valentines Day

   We were very disappointed with our dinner on Valentine’s Day. Our previous dinner during the holidays was excellent, so we were expecting a similar situation. Because it was Valentine’s Day the restaurant was full which we were happy to see. Maybe, they were not ready for such a full crowd. My husband ordered the 8 ounce fillet mignon and when our meals finally arrived. he was served a very large inferior cut of steak topped with 4 grilled shrimp. He does not eat shellfish. He told the waitress this wasn’t what he ordered and she insisted this was fillet mignon and he should have let her know he didn’t want the shrimp. Again she insisted this was fillet mignon. Rather than have to wait for another dinner to be prepared, he decided to give me the shrimp and take her word, that this the steak he had ordered. Well it did turn out to be an inferior steak, tough and gristly. My own dinner of shrimp and scallops over vodka penne was good but I wasn’t enjoying it, due to my husband’s unhappy comments. We will not be going back.

   I came here with my friend and we loved the food, service, the atmosphere was good. The dessert was so delicious, The Salmon and chicken with vegetables was really good, and the garlic bread was also tasty. We will come back soon and will recommend it to friends and family.

   Great food at a reasonable price! Service was a bit slow since there were many customers, but only two waitresses. The atmosphere is romantic, but it was rather cool in the dining room; at least one other customer complained about the temperature. Still, a good experience on our anniversary.

   Two ppl in my party was chefs. The wedge salad wasn’t washed. Management didn’t try to accommodate unsatisfied guests for dissatisfied food. Didn’t even come out. We had a party of 12.

    Upon arrival we (the four of us) were promptly seated and immediately greeted by our server. Drinks were ordered and were promptly delivered. Food orders were then completed. The wait time was very reasonable. All food orders were correct and were hot and well presented. Dessert was had as well. We were not pressured to leave once dessert was finished. The food portions were more than sufficient based on the fact that all of us were able to leave with leftovers.
