Led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes, Wine Bar George offers more than 200 wines by the glass, bottle and ounce. Enjoy wines from acclaimed and well-known wineries as well as growing regions that are up-and-coming. Whether you are looking for a glass of wine on tap or an ounce of some of the finest wine in the world, we have something for everyone to enjoy. The design for Wine Bar George is similar to a winemaker’s home estate with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Our menu features masterfully paired wine and food and a selection of cocktails.     We looked at menu online but thought it was an internet error as it was extremely limited. Its actually is extremely limited. the cheese board was very good just very small but then again, good cheese is expensive so maybe order two if you have a group of 6. That being said the food was on the better side for Disney and if you like wine they had a nice selection. This is a good place for 2-4 people wanting a few drinks and maybe a nice nibble but we had our adult kids and one grandchild and the environment just didn't cut it for us, thus the three star plus my husband was just not fond of the food. The service was excellent.

    We had a lovely meal. Four of us shared the family style sea bass entree, and 2 small plates, short ribs and burrata. It was delicious! Our server, Dakota, was fantastic! Very happy with our meal and the whole experience.

    We always have a great time here. It’s not close to home but always makes us feel like we are with friends when we have lunch or dinner. This was our first time dining outside on the second floor. Absolutely amazing with great weather and service. Can’t wait to go back.

    Our server was named Christian and he was fantastic! He was very patient with us as we’re not very experienced with wine. He made excellent suggestions and we enjoyed the wines he recommended for us! He gave us just the right level of service. Not too intrusive but also attentive. The food was also very good! We highly recommend this place for a drink and some delicious appetizers!

    Way too noisy, ambiance felt like a dive bar and not a sit down restaurant with high prices.

    Great service and we even met George! Everyone was super kind and the drinks were great. The food was good, we just didn’t love their take on the Mac and cheese bites. But overall, I’d definitely come again! It feels like a hidden gem inside the crazy Disney Springs atmosphere.
