Led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes, Wine Bar George offers more than 200 wines by the glass, bottle and ounce. Enjoy wines from acclaimed and well-known wineries as well as growing regions that are up-and-coming. Whether you are looking for a glass of wine on tap or an ounce of some of the finest wine in the world, we have something for everyone to enjoy. The design for Wine Bar George is similar to a winemaker’s home estate with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Our menu features masterfully paired wine and food and a selection of cocktails.     My wife and I enjoyed our date night with you guys. Our waiter, Sean, was amazing he was very knowledgeable on the menu and wine and made perfect recommendations to fulfill our evening. Thank you very much, Sean, for your stellar service and attentiveness.

    Amazing food!!! Skirt steak was out of this world and enough for 4 adults to share. The appetizers we chose were the warm olives, the Barada and salad all very fresh and amazing flavors. Can’t say enough good things about the bottles of wine that we drank. George is definitely on top of his game as usual.

    We had 3 small plates which was plenty for the two of us We decided to have elsewhere. It was very noisy on the first floor We asked to be seated outside and we went to the balcony on the second floor which was lovely at sunset We could enjoy the music across the walkway

    Easily the best wine-by-the-glass list in Central Florida. Always an outstanding time when we visit George’s place in Disney Springs!

    We met another couple for wine and food. It was a wonderful experience and Mike made it worthwhile. So pleased that we came here!
