Led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes, Wine Bar George offers more than 200 wines by the glass, bottle and ounce. Enjoy wines from acclaimed and well-known wineries as well as growing regions that are up-and-coming. Whether you are looking for a glass of wine on tap or an ounce of some of the finest wine in the world, we have something for everyone to enjoy. The design for Wine Bar George is similar to a winemaker’s home estate with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Our menu features masterfully paired wine and food and a selection of cocktails.     Wonderful wine selections. Such variety anyone can find what they want at variable price points. Was surprised on how tasty the food was especially the porchetta. If we are back in Orlando would visit again

    Brunch was wonderful and had options to suit everyone of us. I had the Burrata that exceeded my expectations. Others tried the steak and eggs, the wine country omelet and the stuffed French toast. Service was both friendly and efficient.

    We sat upstairs. Beautiful view as the sun was setting. The upstairs seemed quieter than downstairs. Food was delicious and fresh. Service was perfect. Nice to share plates and take our time to eat. Reservations highly recommended.

    Great experience! Amazing wait staff. Many different bottles of wine to choose from. Meatballs and short rib (seasonal) were amazing.

    Sea Bass always wonderful! We enjoyed with a delicious bottle of Vermentino. Best restaurant at Disney Springs.

    There were actually kids laying their heads in the bar and people were standing not able to get a seat.

    Server was great. Food was bland and uninteresting. Wine list uninspiring. No description of the wine, just listed under title of grape. I know California wines well and those were just typical grocery store wines. Won’t be back.
