Great Concept but poor service - As a first timer, really complex ordering process for "specials". Service below standards. Tables big enough for a drink and a small dish. Not sure If I would recommend to anyone unless that person really wanted to take advantage of the all you can eat, which is super cheap for $25

If you get the unlimited weekend wings it is not worth it as they take 30 minutes to deliver your order and that doesn’t give enough time to order again.

Went to Wingboy Parramatta over the weekend for their bottomless wings and honestly, it was a complete letdown. The customer service was horrible—the staff seemed disinterested and barely attentive. We had to flag someone down just to get basic things like water or napkins. What made it worse was how long the food took to come out. For a bottomless wing deal, you'd expect a steady flow of wings. Instead, we waited ages between servings, and by the time anything arrived, we were more frustrated than hungry. Definitely not worth the hype. If you're planning to go for the "bottomless" wings, just know you'll be spending most of your time waiting around and feeling ignored. Won’t be coming back.
