Witter's Sports Bar & Grill is a locally owned casual eatery that always has a game on the television. This neighborhood meeting spot is low-key and laid back, precisely the way many patrons prefer their sports bars. Witter's excels at giving patrons a comfortable place to sit while they drink a cold beer, eat a bite and watch the game.Friday is the best day to swing by Witters, as that is when it rolls out some discounted menu items. Diners will find specials on the grilled cheese & chili combo, fish sandwich, tuna on a pretzel roll and the chicken parm hoagie. However, there are other specials that run throughout the week as well, like taco Tuesday, all-you-can-eat spaghetti on Wednesday and 50 cent chicken wings on Saturday.

We came here because of all of the great sides you get with the fish fry. We both ordered the fish and it came to our table with just fries. We asked the waitress, she checked with the kitchen and said they ran out of ALL of them. Why didn’t they tell her ahead of time? She was very apologetic. They did not charge us for them which was very nice. The fish tasted great, we will give them another try because we were really looking forward to the German potato salad and lazy pierogi.

Food was excellent, service was great. We were a table of 8 and one person's food was delivered just about 2 minutes after everyone else. They brought her a drink on the house. Now that is great service

4 of us went for the first time and all ordered the broiled fish. it was terrific. not only was the fish perfectly seasoned but the sides were also great. the fish dinner came with coleslaw, german potato salad and macaroni salad and fries. we liked the large scale tvs and seating away from the lively bar we all said that while this was our first visit ...it won't be our last ...a fine comfortable place with a great menu

The food and service were great. We all loved the stuffed mushrooms; and Jamie was as sweet and conscientious as can be.

Our fish dinners were excellent! My husband said his beer battered fish was the best he’s had in a long time and my Cajun broiled fish was cooked perfectly. So many sides come with the fish dinners and all are delicious. I ended up taking half my dinner home but did have room for a slice of peanut butter pie which was also very good! Looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Highly recommend!
