Expected a bit of “more show than go” but was impressed overall. The atmosphere and vibe, of course, is extremely pleasing. There were nine of us and we were pleased to be accommodated. Our server did a really really good job. A group of our size can be a lot but she handled us with the upmost professional and timely service possible. Collectively we ordered most of the menu. The hits: the bread course, the goat cheese balls with hot honey, the sliders and the very ample lobster Cobb. The one big miss: Tuna tostadas. A nice portion of 3 but compared to EVERYTHING else it was utterly bland. Here’s the secret… order the goat cheese balls and save the slaw to top the tuna and it’s a hit. The other miss: they would NOT serve anyone sitting in a bar stool. The ladies had seats but our husbands had to stand and the refused service. I can understand a concern about the walkways filling with too many folks for the servers to work around but this really is a bad policy. we ultimately left for another pre dinner drink at the bar before returning for dinner. never give your patrons a reason to leave the restaurant or you might not get them back. Our server had no idea who the producer of Vanderpump Cab from Sonoma was. She should be provided that information. That said we had a fabulous night and highly recommend and will absolutely return. Final note: we own four restaurants, one of which has been operating for over 40 years as well as a winery in Napa Valley. We know well crafted cusine and fine tuned hospitality. Lisa has both dialed in perfectly except for the few glitches mentioned above.

Meal timing was awful. Waited 20 minutes before drink order taken. Apps arrived before cocktails and without small plates. Bottles of wine to have with Dinner arrived before cocktails. Dinner arrived too early, still working on late cocktails. Dinner arrived and half of our table didn’t have silverware so had to wait while dinners got cold. Waitress tried but had zero control over support staff timing. Train your staff to recognize service timing and delivery.

Our experience was very nice. The staff was friendly and were happy to recommend their favorites. We all enjoyed our meals, apps and drinks. I will say our waiter was slow on the drink ordering. My husband and I didn’t get to enjoy our glass of wine with our meal as we wanted to. The food was delicious though. The ambiance was great and over all our experience was pleasant.

Cool vibe, but when you make a dinner reservation for a special night, you don’t expect to sit in the bar in garden style seating, in a heavy traffic area. My husband had to send his filet back for being over cooked (he ordered it rare). For the price we felt it’s over rated.

We had been once before and it was amazing. Came again almost a year later and it was not. We waited too long, 20+ minutes before our waiter came. Two other servers offered to find our server because they could see we were waiting before we even saw her. Over the 2 hours we were there we were only able to order one round of drinks because she never came around to ask us if we wanted anything more. Only dessert before she gave us our check. There were three drinks I wanted to try while there. It was a Monday and there were 4 of us. Busy but not as busy as when we were there during the opening and received excellent service…

Great place for an upscale and unique dinner. Our server Charlie was awesome. Good service, food, and cocktails

Amazing as usual!!! Food was so delicious. Only, the fish and chips needed some seasoning on the fish itself before battering it. Service was wonderful and we really enjoyed ourselves.

The table was too small for 4 people other than that the experience was great. Food was timely and great service.
