Wolfgang Zwiener, a veritable icon after over four decades of loyal service at the legendary Peter Luger’s in New York, has become a legend, himself, with seven successful steakhouses across the country bearing his name. Building a solid reputation on the strength of his service and exacting standards, Zwiener hand selects all sides of beef served in his steakhouses, and chooses only USDA Prime Grade Black Angus beef for superior marbling, tenderness, flavor and texture. A ritual with an artisan’s flair, the sides of beef are dry-aged on site to perfection, and then carved to order by our own butcher into Wolfgang’s signature Porterhouse, prime New York sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, and prime rib. The results are luxurious ----- meltingly tender and juicy steaks served sizzling hot with a perfectly caramelized crust.

APPETIZERS:
Crab Cake - Good; sour cream sauce complimented so well with the crab cake
Burrata Salad - Good; flavors on the plate tasted well all together
MAINS:
Rib eye Steak 900g - I don't quite remember if we asked for medium well or medium rare doneness, however, the outside part of the steak was overcooked for us -- matigas na. The almost 9k price was not worth the taste. Mamou's Angus Rib eye steak is better, for us, to be honest.
Jumbo Lobster 1.2kl (broiled) - this was a disappointment. Lobster meat (body part) was gummy and chewy. I believe that when you eat lobster, the texture should be firm, but dense and smooth as well. However, the meat on the claw part had the RIGHT texture. We thought, the cooking time could have been inconsistent as to why the meat textures were all not the same. Spending almost 8k for that experience was a NO for us.
STAFF:
Staff were polite. They would come to us and check our needs from time to time. However, as an individual from the hospitality industry, as well, food servers should be attentive with the guest's water glass. When the water is below half the glass, it has to be filled with water already. We had to finish the water glass before it was filled for another round. About the Jumbo Lobster, we were told by the server and branch Manager (female) that:
1. All lobsters were delivered freshly every single day and;
2. Being killed at the restaurant.
3. They will inform their lobster supplier about what we had experienced.
But we believe that this was not about the supplier, it was about how it was cooked because of diff textures. We don't have to know about all the things mentioned by the staff, as we don't have a business with the supplier . We don't really care about the supplier, honestly. We thought that if the same issue came up, it will always be blamed to the supplier.
We will need to rate this 20k lunch date at 2/5 for the over all experience at Wolfgang Steakhouse, City of Dreams. Sad.

Food was great and soo delicious! All food that we ate are must try but the porterhouse steak paired with the mashed potato is superb! Oh and don’t forget the cakes!
