    I normally love this venue but found the service today (Saturday) slow. Waited 35 minutes for food from sitting down and my brunch came out with some items cold so was disappointed as took my parents for the first time.

    Took a long time to get food after asking how long it would take to get food and getting no answer. Took drinks order but wouldn’t take the food order at the same time and this drank a large coffee before food turned up

    Good quality food. Miss the smoked salmon that use to be on tje menu but non the less a good choice especially for gluten free diet. Excellent service

    Lovely way to spend a Saturday morning with friend, very good pancakes, service great and very relaxing ( could have done with being a bit warmer!!)

    Not sure if it was a one off but service was slow - smoothies were so lumpy and thick we had to wat with a spoon - egg sandwich was just toast with egg mayo and a sprinkle of cress - no garnish and croque monsieur was toast with ham in a sea of cheese sauce - all in all very disappointing and it was not busy.

    All round, just fantastic. Highly recommend if you’re looking to have a breakfast in Haywards Heath area.

    Welcome was friendly and staff were polite. Music level at 9.15am on Sunday was a little loud and staff were asked to turn it down, which they did. Food was ordered and charged extra for poached eggs. When food arrived broken egg shell was in the Meadow breakfast. A complaint was made to the staff after waiting for somebody to come over Cost of eggs was removed at my request and service charge was also removed at my request as the service was non existent beyond taking orders and delivering food. Will not be recommending or returning again.

    We got told we had to leave by a certain time as someone was booked after even though I booked 4 days before . Service was slow which also didn’t help . Felt like we couldn’t enjoy our food .
