    I love doing these pop ups and I always love them. I was so disappointed with this one. Definitely my first bad experience. We got there and there was no host. Ran out of the egg nog, then the mule had a single marshmallow, and was not roasted like it is stated in the menu. Burger said it was a smash burger but was over cooked regular dry burger definitely not a smash burger. We all got the Sunday and the ice cream was melting, honestly felt like nothing was going right, almost wondered if it was us in the table. Thank god for the waitress she's the only one that made it ok, she was wonderful. Thank you for turning our experience into a positive one. I wouldn't do this again or recommend

    It was ok. It was FREEZING . We ate with our jackets on. My cousins husband asked several times if there was heat and they kept saying okay. We Were the last table in the back. I went to the Taylor swift one last year and that was better. The decor was nice, but that was really it. Last year at the Taylor swift one they had crafts. Santa was there, but literally walked from the front to back and was gone in one minute we didn’t even get a picture. We went for dinner, I think brunch would have been better.

    This was not an experience. You watch a 2 min screen of a moving feeling thru snow. The place was empty, freezing. The food was terrible. Only the brownie sundae was good. It was a rip off for $80. we still paid for flat soda and decent appetizer. Our server was nice and we tipped her well because of Christmas. Parking. zero

    The menu was very limited and the sandwich was small for the price. The drinks, our waiter/bartender, and the decorations were all great! It was very loud tho. From my understanding, trivia was Thursdays only but we walked in on Friday and there was trivia.

    I felt misled. Place was so cold we ate with our hats and coats on. The bathroom had no head on at all. This was not interactive in the way I expected. Just some screens with one set image (nothing moving). They played loud Christmas music and had a DJ do some trivia. Kids filled out a wish list to Santa. 3 people were dressed up (no Santa, just Mrs Klaus). Menu was limited. Falafel wrap was lame. Just a few ball and some lettuce/onion. Penna ala vodka was very heavy on the cream and not enough chicken. Desserts were so bad (had freezer burn) and did not taste fresh that my kids didn't eat it and didn't even want to order an extra one from the adult's meals.

    Fun Christmas experience. Bit chilly inside but the atmosphere and staff made it all good. Happy holiday!

    The staff was fantastic Geoff, and Renee took great care of us. I liked the letter to Santa for the kids it was a nice touch. Mrs. Claus also came around handing out candy cane's. We had a great time.
