Woodies’ is an award winning, privately owned Free House tucked away in the depths of New Malden. We are a uniquely decorated venue with memorabilia dating back to the last century. Not only do we pride ourselves on the aesthetics of our pub, but we go above and beyond to provide friendly customer service and a relaxed atmosphere.

Our menus change seasonally and rely on what local produce is available. We take pride in supporting the local South West community and thus source all our food from businesses in the area. Our menus are a combination of new and old – we offer both traditional pub food and restaurant-style dishes designed by our international kitchen team. For those whose favour tradition, we have a Sunday Roast every week offering a variety of meats, the tastiest roast-potatoes you’ll ever have, and even a vegetarian option to please everyone! As Sundays often get very busy, we do recommend reserving a table in advance.

Excellent food and great service . We had 4 x Sunday roast and a burger from the main menu. Roasts we're hot and plentiful. Burger was a good portion size, cooked well and served with chips and salad. Service was good and quick.

Some of the best pub food I've had, it tasted like it was cooked on the premises as opposed to the usual identikit menu from a generic food services company, where it is just heated up and served. Will return.

The food was amazing! Good portions and very tasty. Staff were lovely and friendly. Will definitely recommend Woodies.

Very friendly an helpful staff, great food cooked well, good selection of beers, ample parking I definitely recommend Woodie's.

Eaten here before- had no doubts about booking again. Staff very friendly/attentive Good variety menu Reasonable prices Like the 'quiet area' - one of our party has hearing aid - often finds it difficult to hear conversations in normal restaurant - the quiet area is great for her. Parking good Very enjoyable meal - will be going again! Recommended

We have been to woodies many many times but today we took some friends for a big birthday and unfortunately we were disappointed as the food was quite cold even the potatoes. Very disappointed!!

We had a delicious meal on New Year’s Eve. The steak pie and fish & chips were fantastic and the service was excellent too!

I regularly stop to Woodie for a drink as part of walking my dog as Woodie accepts muddy poes. The ambiance is good, especially when the fire place is on. On this specific day, I decided to stop over and to have a meal with my family. Although the service was good, the food was really basic, did not taste great and the fish was oily. The menu is basic, very classic. Don't expect something fancy.
