Didn’t have a very good experience with regard to your reservation services. I reserved for 9 pax for a 1:30 slot as provided by the open table site. I received a call night before to tell me we were on wait list as the restaurant was full. I said I got a confirmation email but was told further that the restaurant was full. Raised this up and contested and insisted they do something about it because the confirmation email was clear. Why did it give me confirmation when the restaurant was full? I said “raise it up to your manager and get back to me. You gave me a confirmation and now we are on wait list”. Received a call back and was given a table .. 2 tables, split up and for 11:30am instead. Thankful that we were able to dine and celebrate a birthday but the hassle involved prior to getting the table was not necessary if the open table site was updated real time.

The entrees are either excellent or not good at all but most are very sumptuous.

Our dine in experience on 26 Jul and 27 Jul 2022 were excellent. But our take out experience on 29 Jul was terrible. On 28 Jul, I had pre order their delicious Beijing duck and instructed that my collection time was 29 Jul @ 12noon. On 29 Jul, my friend arrived early @ 11.30am and was told to wait as collection time was 12noon. At 12noon, the waitress told my friend that they only started preparing the Order and need to wait another 20mins. Upon further questioning, my friend was informed that our order was given to another VIP. This was lousy experience and my friend waited an hour for the order, even though it was pre order.

Peking duck was excellent compare to other Chinese restaurants Special mention to Ms Jazz and all the F&B team who took care of us. Truly a memorable experience for my family. Thank you

Great, great service and all round great value. The assistance with what and how much to order was much appreciated. The food was outstanding quality

Everything is good. But we went there for xiao long bao. Unfortunately, they only serve it on some occassions.
