Food was great, the flavoring was perfect! Really enjoyed all aspects. The restaurant space was beautiful and they did an amazing job in renovating the space. Will recommend the restaurant to anyone looking for a great new place to gather!

Steak tasted good and was a good cut, but there was nothing to justify the cost. I’ve had like steak at chain restaurants as good or better. Wife’s fish was not cooked all the way through in the middle. Broccoli side was over cooked and did not taste very good. Sweet potato side was so fancy it was also not very good. Way WAY too loud. Mixed drink was VERY good, service was even better. Valet was not complimentary and would not take cash. The credit card numbers had to be read to the valet - at night in poor lighting (no swipe and pay) It was our first time there, so other entrees may be worthy of the price, but we won’t be back.

Fantastic meal, with innovative creative dishes, and great ambiance, but a few things were not ideal with the timing of the food and service. The appetizers took a while to come out, as the restaurant was very busy when we were seated at 9pm. However, our main dishes came out while we were eating the apps. We quickly finished the flake crudo, savory pumpkin (squash) pie and oysters, to get to the main dishes before they got cold. But, when they took the app dishes, which had our forks, they didn’t replace our forks so then we had the steak, swordfish and macaroni bolognese sitting on the table and no way to eat it unless we used our hands! I eventually walked over to the waiter stand and asked for forks, but it was annoying. The desserts were amazing! Def get the lemon meringue and wye oak chocolate mousse. Both were delicious! Highly recommend sitting upstairs in the mezzanine overlooking the altar, it’s really a spectacular setting for a wonderful meal.

Voltaggio has done it again. I still think Volt tasting is my favorite of what Bryan and/or Michael have done in this area, but this was a really great meal, great food, drinks, service, and a beautiful way to represent a historic location. I will be back for sure!

The food and drinks were very good and our waitress was nice. The issue we had was with the hostess station. The ladies weren’t friendly. We checked in and they didn’t offer to take our coats or let us know we could order drinks while we waited, and generally seemed annoyed by our presence. This is bad first impression especially since they are the first people you meet when you arrive. We watched them offer to check coats and take drink orders to everyone else who checked in after us. They also didn’t wish us a good night while leaving. I hope someone on the management team sees this because this restaurant is a treat for us and their attitudes soured the night.

Atmosphere was great, it was very lively. Service was great, everything was timed well. Drinks were really good. Our starters (ravioli and crab cake) were very good. The crab cake was pretty much all crab meat. The desert (wye oak) was delicious. My wife had the roasted chicken which she really enjoyed. I had a New York strip which was honestly pretty underwhelming. No different than a steak from Outback or Texas Roadhouse (which I’ve had better New York strips at). The cook was fine (medium rare) but it was very difficult to cut because of the bone and there was A LOT of gristle on it. It came with some sort of “bun” which was totally flavorless. Our sides were awesome: Mac and cheese, broccoli, and the beef fat fries.

The only aspect of our dinner that was better that the food was the staff, and the food was phenomenal. Absolutely every dish was prepared artfully and perfectly prepared. The menu was perfectly balanced so one could have a blowout meal or a more affordable meal. The wine list is extensive and the cocktails were well crafted and not measly. We will be back and another success for Brian V.
