   The location of this place is truly magical and worth the trip out and eating there. However, the food is not something to rave about. We got the steak gyro which was totally fine - best thing about it were the french fries. I got the mahi mahi which was also fine. It did come with a pineapple salsa which was 6 pieces of canned pineapple on top of the fish. This place could use a major menu update and an enhancement in their quality but the ambiance and location makes it extremely tolerable.

   Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and seated. Our server was quick on the beverage order. We enjoyed the grilled Caesar salad…tossed with a dressing with a little kick, a nice serving of grated cheese and croutons. We also enjoyed the French dip…roasted beef on a roll, with horseradish, provolone, and au jus with a side of fries. We finished the meal with a piece of their home baked coconut cake. All in all, we really enjoyed our dinner. And worth noting, there’s an outdoor patio which offers a great view of Snow Canyon for some great ambiance.

   Have been here in the past and always enjoy the experience. This time we went for brunch, and I thought the food was average. The croissants were small and looked steamed or microwaved. Did not seem fresh at all. Usually great matchstick French fries were cold. Food tasted ok but not exceptional like it usually is. Otherwise the service was energetic and accommodating, professional. Because of all my past experiences, I would go back and give it another try. I normally take guests here and highly recommended this restaurant, but think I’ll try again and see how it goes. Love the ambiance. Great service. Usually good value.

   The new owners have significantly improved the quality and service. The menu has lots of healthy options, including delicious mahi mahi, fresh green beans that are perfectly prepared to tender crisp, and wonderful salads. Xetava also has the best french fries in town and terrific desserts. Now that we can make reservations, we like to have dinner at Xetava before attending events at the Kayenta Center for the Arts. The ambience is friendly and quiet. And the tapas bar next door is fun and creative. With spring around the corner, we are looking forward to enjoying both patios with friends.

    We had the beet salad, Cajun brussels sprouts and Mahi Mahi tacos. All delicious!
