XOMA - peruvian restaurant
The proposal revolves around rediscovering Peruvian products, fusing and balancing them, with contemporary techniques to create signature cuisine. We created ideas for vegans, pasta lovers, reversal traditional Peruvian food and classics that started the restaurant 4 years ago.

This restaurant is TOP! The food is amazing and lovely to the eye. Loved the interior design and the choice of background music played. Service perfect, I can highly recommend!

We visited Xoma for the first time last Sunday, we were celebrating our anniversary. The experience was incredible. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We were served by Mayra, who was very helpful with all her recommendations, super attentive and professional. The chef and owner was kind enough to come to our table and share a little with us about his concept. A memorable night, which culminated in the bar located in the basement of the same restaurant.

The food we got to taste was amazing. There were 6 of us with 7:30pm reservations. We all did the 17 course simplicity tasting menu. We waited 40 minutes for the 1st course and by 10:30 we were on course 9. We paid in full for all 6 of us as we didn’t have another 3 hours to finish.

Food was down right cold. When asked, we were told that’s how the pastas and main dishes are served. BS

Don’t miss XOMA when you visit Lima. The service is friendly and impeccable. The ambiance is chic yet unpretentious. And the food… well the food is even better than the pictures look. They were kind enough to put a tasting menu of sorts together for me even though I hadn’t requested it in advance. There’s nothing like the feeling you get from spectacular service. Well done team!

My wife and I had a amazing dinning in experience and our waiter was just awesome and his name was Vladimir also the rest of the staff were amazing as well

Excelente experiencia. Nos adaptaron los platos a una dieta sin gluten para mi esposa sin problemas. Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi esposa. Muy felices. Nuestra mesera Miriam fue muy cortés y nos introdujo a una experiencia culinaria maravillosa. Super recomendado.

The food and service was not at the level we were expecting as per reviews. I think that they try to present food on their menu with a delivery that does not correspond to what someone would reading the menu. Exemple: a hummus that has nothing to do or related to a hummus. It is very confusing for an international customer.

Gorgeous presentation, delicious food, our only issue was our lack of Spanish language and a few things got totally lost in translation.

The food was excellent however the fanfare that came along with our house drink and then the delivery of the bill at the end was strange and unnecessary. But would highly recommend based on the food and the presentation alone.
