Yalla is a neighborhood Mediterranean smokehouse from the Sesame Collective restaurant group. Opened in summer of 2020, Yalla brings a Mediterranean smokehouse to the heart of the Multnomah Village neighborhood in Portland, Oregon. With a menu of smoked meats, seasonal vegetables, and comfort dishes, Yalla is currently open for delivery, take out, and full service dining. Yalla is helmed by Chef/Owner Kasey Mills and Chef de Cuisine Daniel Valley.

Great food. The only thing we didn't adore was the fried eggplant salad: There was very little eggplant on it, and the dressing was a little unpleasant. But all the other brunch foods we tried were excellent. And the service was terrific. We were very pleased

We love visiting Yalla, it’s our favorite date night spot. The food was amazing as always and our server was super good with my husband’s gluten allergy!

Excellent food, each dish a great combination of textures and colors, and well seasoned. Complex but not fussy. Good service, reasonable prices. The bar was a little loud but otherwise pretty perfect.

Delicious food! Cozy atmosphere. We had the fennel & apple salad, lebne with roasted cauliflower, cedar plank salmon & schmaltz cornbread. Also enjoyed the banana ice cream & baklava for dessert & the Ruby SoHo cocktail!

Seriously some of the best food I have had in Portland recently. Do not miss the cornbread! Good gracious it was sublime. The ribeye was also perfection.
