Our South City residence, our founding Japanese restaurant that opened in 1995, remains the flagship location of the Yamamori Group. Boasting an array of delights, including tempura, sushi, homemade dumplings, ramen, and katsu curry, all prepared fresh daily, it has secured its place as a pioneer of Japanese cuisine in Dublin. Beyond its culinary offerings, Yamamori South has etched a lively history into the city’s landscape, complete with a friendly and dedicated staff, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all. We will celebrate our 30th anniversary in August 2025, and we believe that the Yamamori Group will continue to serve Dubliners as a household name in dining and thrive as a bustling business for years to come.

2nd visit to Yamamori. Great experience, waiting staff could not have been nicer and more attentive. We ordered too much food (our fault) and was gorgeous. Will be back for sure!

Yesterday, we went to the restaurant and it was absolutely wonderful! The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it!

Arrived booking for 6 adults. Shown to a v tight booth. On asking we were immediately moved to a larger table. This accommodated our group which also had a small child. Bill was deceitful. 12.5% service charge added. When we quiered we were Told this applies to 'groups' over 3!! We are always happy to pay a service charge, particularly when the service had been so nice. However not when 12.5% is put on your bill.

Hey Mags. Thank you so much for your time. We do have a discretional service charge applied in table of 3 and up during the dinner service. Its informed in our menus and when you book a table online. 100% of the tips goes to our kitchen and floor staff. We are sorry if that wasnt clear enough.
