We dined at Yan Ting StRegis after their recent renovation and I would comment that the food quality is still as good. The serving ware is 1 cut above. The servers are efficient but not as wam to welcome guests as before. Overall, I will rate it 4 out of 5 stars

Food is still very good but noted the variety has reduced significantly due to the temp renovation of their original venue. Hope to enjoy the newly renovated Yan Ting in Feb.

Fish maw soup too filling for the Indulgence menu. Preferred double boiled clear soups. Too much msg in cooking. Hope the new renovation in Feb 2024 would give better ambience.

Delicious dim sum, Cantonese roast pork, abalone siu mai, steamed shrimps with eggs. All the dishes were made with fresh ingredients.

The top restaurant for everything Hairy Crab. They offer the delicacy in its many forms. A culinary journey of the Hairy Crab. The degustation menu is outstanding offering the crabs and their roe in various styles and dishes. Making the one and only proper way to experience the seasonal delicacy. Especially with a mix of the rarest teas or French wines to complement the dish.
